  • Big Move success rates (what’s improving vs. stuck)
  • Performance metrics (volume, intensity, time)
  • Consistency scores (how stable your reps are)

This changes how you train. If your success rate is high but consistency is low, you need controlled reps and slower transitions. If success rate is low, you need smaller steps and more volume.
